介绍了帘线钢的技术要求,并立足于南钢目前的装备条件,进行了80级帘线钢的研究和开发,解决了夹杂物要求严、连铸中心偏析低、组织控制要求高,以及力学性能质量高等一系列难题,使80级帘线钢产品满足了帘线生产企业的要求。
The technical requirement of steel cord was introduced in this paper.The 80 grade steel cord was studied and developed at the base of current equipment in NISCO.A series of problems such as strict requirement of inclusions and structure control,low center segregation,high mechanical property etc.have been solved.The products of 80 grade steel tire satisfy the requirement of steel cord producing enterprises.
