以提高锂离子电池正极材料LiNi0.4Co0.2Mn0.4O2的循环性能为目的,采用熔融浸渍法制备了Al2O3和ZnO表面包覆的LiNi0.4Co0.2Mn0.4O2正极材料.微观组织结构分析结果表明,包覆后LiNi0.4Co0.2Mn0.4O2颗粒表面形成了一层厚度不均匀的纳米氧化物.电化学测试表明,ZnO和Al2O3包覆提高了材料的循环稳定性,在1C恒流充放电循环50次后容量保持率由包覆前的79.7%分别提高到88.4%和100%.
