通过在铝热剂中引入ZrO2与Y2O3混合粉末,引发超重力下燃烧合成,制备出大尺寸、高致密度Al2O3/ZrO2(Y2O3)自生复合陶瓷板材.XRD,SEM与EDS显示,自生复合陶瓷是以亚微米ZrO2四方相纤维成排镶嵌其上、生长方向各异的棒状共晶团及Al2O3块晶与ZrO2四方相不规则粒晶分布其上的共晶团边界构成,复合陶瓷的强化不仅归因于分布在棒状共晶团Al2O3基体上的残余压应力与小尺寸共晶团边界,更因共晶团Al2O3基体上的残余压应力增韧、共晶团边界上的微裂纹增韧及应力诱发相变增韧引起的高断裂韧性所致.
