采用扫描电镜原位观测的方法,跟踪观察了低周疲劳载荷下航空用超高强度钢MA250中夹杂物导致裂纹萌生与扩展的微观行为,得到了MA250钢低周疲劳裂纹萌生与扩展的基本特性,讨论了精确测定MA250钢疲劳裂纹扩展速率的方法。
The microbehavior of inclusion inducing crack initiation and propagation in ultrahigh strength steel MA250 for aerospace application under low cyclic fatigue loading was studied by means of SEM original position observation. The characteristics of low cyclic fatigue crack initiation and propagation were obtained. The method for accurately measuring fatigue crack growth rate in MA250 is discussed.
