用扫描电子显微镜对14MnNb钢不同工艺亚温淬火试样的组织进行了比较研究,并用残留硬度法对亚温淬火组织80%变形量冷轧后再结晶动力学进行了研究.结果表明,直接加热到亚温区淬火试样中铁素体为块状;淬火后重新加热到亚温区淬火试样中铁素体为细小均匀分布条状;完全奥氏体化后炉冷到亚温区淬火试样中铁索体为不规则的多边形.950℃×20min淬火和950℃×20min炉冷到830℃×20min淬火试样80%变形量冷轧后再结晶激活能分别为163.9和187.9 kJ·mol~(-1).

Microstructure of 14MnNb steel after different intercritieal quenching treatments was studied by scanning electron microscopy. The recrystallization dynamics of the quenched steel after cold rolling in reduction of 80% was investigated by measuring the hardness of the steel after annealing for different time. Results show that massive ferrite is formed in the sample processed by heating to intereritieal region and brine quenching (IQ). The finely strip-like ferrite is obtained in the sample processed by full quenching + reheating to intereritical region and brine quenching (FQ+ IQ). The irregular polygon ferrite is formed in the sample processed by heating to the austenitic region and furnace cooling to intereritieal region and brine quenching (FA-IQ). Recrystallization active energy is determined to be 187.9kJ·mol~(-1) and 163.9kJ mol~(-1) for the cold rolled samples after heating to 950℃ for 20min + furnace cooling to 830℃ for 20min and brine quenching, and heating to 950℃ for 20min and brine quenching, respectively.
