用电化学阻抗测量和浸泡实验在高压釜中模拟300 m(3.0 MPa)深海环境研究 Intershield 300 ENA301有机涂层在3.5% NaCl溶液中的失效行为, 并与常压环境中涂层的失效行为对比分析. 结果表明: 压力加速了涂层的破坏, 高压和常压环境中涂层的失效行为不同, 压力环境中涂层失效表现为起泡, 涂层下的金属未发生腐蚀, 常压环境中涂层的失效表现为涂层下金属的腐蚀, 而涂层未发生起泡.

The degradation behavior of an Intershield 300 ENA301 organic coating on 907A steel in a simulated deep sea environment was studied in an autoclave, in comparison with that under atmospheric pressure. The results indicated that the high-pressure accelerated the degradation process of the coating. The degradation modes of the coatings in the above two cases were different, blisters of coatings were observed in the case under high-pressure whilst the substrate steel was kept intact. In the case under atmospheric pressure, the substrate steel was corroded, while no blisters occurred.
