采用配位开环聚合和偶合反应合成了设计相对分子质量为1.2万、1.5万和2万的聚环氧乙烷-聚乳酸-聚环氧乙烷(mPEO-b-PLLA-b-mPEO)两亲性三嵌段聚合物,利用核磁共振氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱表征了产物的相对分子质量及其分布.结果表明,产物相对分子质量与设计的相对分子质量基本一致,相对分子质量分布分别为1.15、1.15和1.27.透射电镜和激光纳米粒度分析仪测试结果表明,聚合物形成核壳状结构的胶束,粒径大小随着温度的升高先增大后减小.凝胶-溶胶转变相图结果表明,随着亲水、疏水链段比减小,临界凝胶-溶胶转变温度升高.
