通过金相、体视显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)和电子探针等方法研究了Incoloy 800镍基合金加热管的腐蚀开裂行为.结果表明,Incoloy 800加热管开裂分为两类,一类为管材内壁腐蚀,壁厚减薄引起爆管;另一类为外壁局部腐蚀产生沿晶裂纹开裂而引起爆管.这两类开裂主要与内部填充物(氧化镁粉)中含有杂质S、Cl-以及水质中高含量Cl-引起的腐蚀有关.
