为了提高金属橡胶的耐腐蚀性和刚度,用天然橡胶与合成橡胶通过复合成型工艺制备了金属橡胶/橡胶复合材料,并对其进行了压缩试验.结果表明:复合材料成型应力与橡胶种类的关系不明显,而与复合材料密度呈近似线性关系;复合后试样厚度比复合前有所减小,其变化率与金属橡胶密度呈近似线性关系;与金属橡胶/硅橡胶复合材料相比,金属橡胶/天然橡胶复合材料的静态刚度提高了约14.8%.
In order to improve the corrision resistance and stiffness of the Metal rubber, Metal rubber/rubber composites were prepared by composite molding technique using natural rubber and synthetic rubber. And then the compressive test was carried out. The results show that the composite molding stress had no obvious relation with rubber types, but approximately linear relation with the density of the composite. The specimen thickness decreased after compounded, its variation had linear relation with Metal rubber density. Compared with Metal rubber/silicon rubber composite, static stiffness of the Metal rubber/nature rubber was increased by 14.8%.
