在三维打印过程中,由于打印机、打印材料、黏结剂特性以及打印参数等的影响,使成型后的三维零件与原始零件的轮廓误差较大。以标准正方体为对象,研究在3DP制造室中不同成型区,试件在X,Y和Z方向上的轮廓误差。结果表明:当黏结剂的饱和度水平和铺粉层厚度一定时,采用渗出补偿方法获得在不同方向上的补偿值来校准打印参数,达到较低的轮廓误差;通过摆线针轮三维打印进行验证,该方法在三维零件打印过程中可以有效补偿轮廓误差。
In three?dimensional printing(3DP)process,part has a large contour error compared with the actual part due to the printer,printing parameters,the characters of part materials and liquid binder. The experimental method was used to study the part contour error in X,Y and Z directions by placing standard cubes in the different position of forming in 3DP process. Meanwhile,when the binder saturation level and the powder layer thickness are fixed,the bleed compensation in different directions are achieved to calibrate the printer parameters. Cycloid pin gear also verifies the result in 3DP process,which is effective in contour error compensation.
