用M ssbauer谱方法研究了超微晶软磁合金中存在的磁织构现象,对测与未测过磁性的两组不同温度下退火的Fe_(73.5)Cu_1Nb_3Si_(13.5)B_9合金的测量结果表明,晶化以后在非晶条带平面内出现了明显的沿带长轴择优取向的宽畴成分,这种磁织构现象可能是非晶条带的形状效应造成的,并非磁测量的扰动结果。
Mossbauer spectroscopy was employed to investigate the magnetic texture in The nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy Fe_(73.5)Cu_1Nb_3Si_(13.5)B_9. After crystallization a wide magnetic domain appeared obviously, which oriented preferently along the long axis of the ribbon plane and may be associated with the shape effect of the ribbon sample.(Correspondent: LIU Tao, Department of Materials Physics, University of Science and Technology Beijing,Beijing 100083)
