通过研究不同的环氧树脂及酸酐类固化剂体系对材料性能的影响,开发出新型固态环氧树脂与改性液态酸酐固化剂,并对其热性能及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:该新型环氧浇注材料的玻璃化转变温度达到145℃,拉伸强度达到85 MPa,且随温度变化显示出稳定的特性,断裂韧性高达2.17 MN/mm3/2,具有长期的耐静载荷能力,115℃高温蠕变试验外推其30年后的高温断裂强度仍然超过20 MPa。
