为了提高430不锈钢耐氯离子腐蚀性能,以浸泡法在其表面制备了氟代硅烷自组装膜。采用动电位扫描、接触角测试、$EM研究了430不锈钢表面自组装膜固化前后的吸附行为和缓蚀作用。结果表明:吸附氟代硅烷分子后不锈钢表面由亲水性转为疏水性,自组装时间为2h的不锈钢耐蚀性能较好,固化处理能够进一步增强自组装膜的缓蚀性能。
