研究了MB15镁合金的铸态和挤压型材的相组成及其微观形态。结果表明,在铸态合金的晶界及富Zr,Zn核区存在Zn_2Zr_3相和MgZn_2相,前者为等宽条状,后者为不规则块状。此外,在晶内还有尺寸很小的粒状ZnZr_2相,在α-Mg固溶体中分散着极小的MgZn相。在挤压型材中,在富Zr,Zn条带区出现较大的颗粒Zn_2Zr_3相和众多弥散分布的ZrH_2相和MgZn_2相质点,它们起着阻碍再结晶的作用。170℃,10h时效导致在非条带区析出MgZn_3相。
The equal-width lath-shaped Zn_2Zr_3 phase and the irregular lumpMgZn_2 phase were observed in the Zr- and Zn-enriched nucleus region and along thegrain boundaries of the as-cast alloy. The very fine ZnZr_2 phase occurs in thegrains and the supsr fine MgZn phase disperses in the α-Mg solid solution. In extrudedshapes, the coarse grains of Zn_2Zr_3 Phase and a great many dispersedly distributedZrH_2 phase and MgZn_2 phase particles appear in the Zr- and Zn-enriched lathregion. They are played an important role in impeding the proceeding of recrystal-lization. The precipitation of Mg_2Zn_3 Phase may be led to the non-lath region byageing at 170℃ for 10h.
