研究了热轧板晶粒尺寸对无取向硅钢织构、成品晶粒尺寸、铁损和磁感的影响。结果表明，随着热轧板晶粒尺寸的增加，成品晶粒尺寸增加、高斯织构组分｛110｝〈100〉增强、γ纤维织构组分减弱，导致铁损显著降低、磁感显著提高。
The effects of grain size in hot rolled band on texture, grain size of final product, iron loss and magnetic properties of nonoriented silicon steel were investigated. With the increase of grain size in hot rolled band, the grain size of final product increases, the intensity of texture ｛110｝<110> increases, and the γfibre texture decreases. Due to the above mentioned effects, the iron loss decreases, and the magnetic induction increases significantly.
