在实验室条件下,Nb+Ti IF钢的再结晶温度随保温时间的延长而降低。升温速度对再结晶过程有一定的影响,控制在50 ℃/h为宜。根据罩式炉退火的特点,为保证钢卷的冷点和温度的均匀性,退火控制温度按罩式炉上限控制,并保证足够的保温时间。工业生产和用户使用结果表明,产品冲压性能优良,质量稳定,完全满足用户的使用要求。

Experimental results show that the recrystallization temperature decreases as the annealing time increases. As the heating rate has an effect on the mechanical properties of Nb+Ti IF steel, 50 ℃/h is considered proper.In the production, the annealing temperature should be kept as high as the annealing furnace allows in order to keep uniform temperature distribution even at the cold point of the coil. The annealing time should be long enough for complete recrystallization. Mechnical properties of the products produced in this way are excellent and stable.
