渗透性能是角膜修复材料的重要性能指标。采用溶液共混法,以EDC为交联剂制成不同比例的壳聚糖-胶原复合膜,以研究复合膜的渗透性能。采用自制渗透性能测试装置测定了膜对氧气、葡萄糖、色氨酸、氯化钠的渗透性。实验表明,随着渗透物质尺寸的降低,复合膜的渗透性提高;随着胶原含量的提高,复合膜的渗透性提高;随着交联剂用量的提高,复合膜的渗透性降低。通过比较,发现胶原含量、交联剂对复合膜的渗透性的影响主要与复合膜的平衡含水量变化有关。

Diffusion properties are key characteristics of cornea repairing materials. The EDC-crosslinking blend membranes were made with different ratio between chitosan and collagen. Diffusion properties of the blend membranes to oxygen, glucose, tryptophan and sodium chloride were determined. Results showed that permea- bility of the blend membranes were increased with the increase of ratio of collagen, and decreased with increas- ing amount of crosslinking agent. Comparison of the results indicated that diffusion properties of the mem- branes were mainly affected by the equilibrium water content.
