基于中国正在研究的聚变堆用9Cr-1.5WVTa低活化马氏体钢(CLAM钢),采用膨胀仪测量了两组不同硅含量CLAM钢从100℃到700℃的热膨胀系数,利用激光闪光法测量两组试样从室温到700℃的热扩散率、比热及热导率等热物性参数.所得试验数据按照多项式拟合绘图并与F82H比较.结果显示:CLAM钢的热膨胀性能比F82H稍好,而导热性能则相对较差;未添加质量分数为0.2%硅的CLAM钢具有较优良的热物理性能,热膨胀系数低,热导率高,这种差别主要原因在于硅含量低的CLAM钢的原奥氏体晶粒尺寸较粗大、晶界较少.
