用溶胶凝胶法制备了CaxSr1-xBi4Ti4O15(CxS1-xBT)铁电陶瓷前躯体粉体,利用差热分析、X射线衍射分析,确定了该体系的烧结温度和样品的相结构,测试了电学性能.较系统地研究了不同组分对居里温度、铁电性能的影响及相关机理,结果表明,当x=0.6时,CxS1-xBT铁电陶瓷的铁电性良好,剩余极化强度Pr=8.2 μC/cm2,矫顽场强Ec=57 kV/cm,居里温度为670 ℃,样品性能的改善与离子极化率、晶格畸变等因素有密切关系.
