为了研究SiC涂层对硅橡胶电缆附件热场分布的影响,对涂有SiC涂层的硅橡胶电缆附件进行热稳定性试验,利用Comsol建立电缆附件轴对称仿真模型,讨论了SiC涂层厚度和电导率对电缆附件热场分布和最高温度的影响.仿真结果表明:在硅橡胶电缆附件上施加电流,电缆附件的最高温度随着SiC涂层电导率和厚度的增大而减小.
To investigate the effect of SiC layer on the thermal field distribution of silicon rubber cable accessory, we tested the thermal stability of the silicon rubber cable accessory with SiC layer. The axi-symmetric simulation model of the cable accessory was constructed by Comsol finite element simulation software, and the effects of thickness and conductivity of the SiC layer on the thermal field distribution and maximum temperature of the cable accessory were discussed. The simulation results show that when the current is applied on the silicon rubber cable accessory, the maximum temperature of the cable acces-sory decreases with the increase of conductivity and thickness of the SiC layer.
