随着异种金属复合构件的应用日益广泛,钛与铝的焊接连接方法在工程应用中显得越来越重要。综述了熔化焊、固相焊及钎焊3个方面对国内外钛合金与铝合金的焊接研究现状。钛合金与铝合金能够实现良好的冶金连接,但在钛侧界面会生成金属间化合物。由于母材中的元素不同、焊接工艺不同,接头界面的化合物生长机制会有很大的差别。不同的化合物会导致接头出现不同的力学性能。通过分析金属间化合物与力学性能的关系,进一步展望了钛合金与铝合金焊接的发展趋势。
With the wide use of dissimilar metals components,the welding between titanium and aluminum alloy has become increasingly important. The present research on welding of titanium and aluminum alloy is reviewed from aspects of fusion welding,solid phase welding and brazing. Results show that excellent metallurgical bonding can be obtained in the joints between Ti and Al alloy,the intermetallic compounds are formed in the Ti interfacial area of the joint. The different formation and growth mechanism of intermetallic compounds due to different alloying elements of the base element and welding processes are discussed. The intermetallic compounds play an important role in the mechanical properties of the joint. By analyzing the relationship between the mechanical properties and intermetallic compounds,the development and application prospect of welding technologies between Ti and Al alloy are introduced.
