六价硬铬电镀工艺严重污染环境,以电沉积钴基合金及其复合镀替代硬铬具有较广的应用前途.综述了电沉积钴基合金及其复合镀层的研究现状,指出非晶钴合金、钴合金纳米复合镀及稀土钴合金在今后的发展中将有更广阔的应用前景.
A review is provided of the current status and development trend of electroplated Co-alloy and composite coatings as replacements of electroplated hard chromium coatings. It is pointed out that plat-ing of hexavalent hard chromium is severely harmful to environ-ment. Thus it will be premising to replace hard chromium plating with electrodeposited Co-based alloy and composite coatings. And it is likely that electroplated amorphous Co allcy coating, Co alloy -based nanocomposite coatings, and rare-earth doped cobalt alloy coatings will have wider applications in the days to come.
