选用廉价易得的Al(OH)_3为掺杂铝源,制备掺杂量为x=0.01(计量数)的Li_0.97Al_0.01FePO_4和纯LiFePO_4正极材料,并对其进行XRD、SEM分析和电化学性能测试.经过与LiFePO_4标准谱图对照,Li_0.97Al_0.01FePO_4样品的主要晶相为橄榄石结构的磷酸亚铁锂.在室温,0.1 C倍率恒电流充放电条件下,Li_0.97Al_0.01FePO_4的首次放电比容量为134.0 mAh·g~(-1),且放电容量在前15次循环中非常平稳,后略有减少.第20次循环放电比容量达到129.21 mAh·g~(-1),与未掺杂LiFePO_4材料相比,表现出更高的比容量和优良的循环性能.
With XRD, SEM analysis and electrochemical performance test, pure LiFePO_4 and Li_0.97Al_0.01FePO_4 cathode materials using cheap and available Al(OH)_3 as Al source, whose doping mol content was 0.01, were studied.Comparing with standard pattern of LiFePO_4 , the main crystal phase of Li_0.97Al_0.01FePO_4 is olivine structure. The testing results show that an initial discharge capacity of 134.0 mAh·g~(-1) at 0.1 C is achieved for the Li_0.97Al_0.01FePO_4, which remains stable at the first 15 cycles and decreases a little afterwards. The capacity is 129.21 mAh·g~(-1) after the circulations of 20 times, which perform a higher specific capacity and good cycling performance .
