水的磁化处理在工业水处理中的应用日益广泛,但磁化水对不同金属耐蚀性能的影响不同。采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了300℃条件下模拟锅炉水(pH=9.0)中磁化处理对20G 钢及316L 不锈钢耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,模拟锅炉水经磁化处理可提高20G 钢的阻抗值,降低其腐蚀电流密度;而对316L 不锈钢,溶液经磁化处理使不锈钢电极的阻抗值减小,钝态电流密度增大。说明模拟锅炉水经磁化处理可以提高20G 钢的耐蚀性能,但却降低了316L 不锈钢的耐蚀性。

Magnetic treatment water is widely used in the industrial water treatment,but it has different effects on the corrosion resistance of magnetized water for different metals.The corrosion resistance of 20G carbon steel and 316L stainless steel was studied respectively under the condition of simulated boiler water with and without magnetization (pH = 9.0)at 300 ℃ by polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results showed that the magnetization of simulated boiler water could increase the resistance value and reduce the corrosion current density of 20G carbon steel,while the impedance value reduced and the current density increased of the 316L stainless steel electrodes in the magnetizated simulated boiler water.The results showed that the simulated boiler water treated by magneticzation could improve the corrosion resistance of 20G carbon steel,but reduces the corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel.
