以甲基丙烯酸p羟乙酯为封端剂,用本体聚合法由六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、均苯四酸二酐和聚碳酸酯二醇合成了双键封端的聚(氨酯-酰亚胺)(PUI),并用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、动态力学性能(DMA)、热重分析(TGA)和热机械分析(TMA)等方法探讨了γ射线辐照对所得PUI结构性能的影响.结果表明,在γ射线辐照下,PUI发生交联反应,不饱和度和结晶度都有不同程度的变化;tanδ值显著下降,并明显向高温方向移动,并且,辐照剂量越大,移动也越大.辐照后PUI热稳定性显著提高,在辐照剂量为50kGy和75kGy的条件下表现出最好的热稳定性.
