新建汽油罐在水压实验后铝合金浮筒表面出现严重腐 蚀和穿孔，为了弄清浮筒腐蚀原因，利用宏观检验方法和微观检验方法，从多方面对浮筒失效原因进行了综合分析和研究.结果表明：浮筒产生腐蚀与穿孔主要是由于浮筒铝合金材料在水溶液中产生晶间腐蚀引起的.
It has been found that several alluminum alloy floats of a new built gasoline tank were seriously corroded after 15 day hydraulic testing.In order to reveal the cause of corrosion,systematic analysis was made by using macroscopic and microscopicexamination.Results showed that the failure was mainly caused by intergranular corrosion in water.
