手性高效液相色谱起始于上世纪70年代初,在80年代左右即实现了手性色谱柱的商业化.手性固膜研究虽然也起始于上世纪80年代,但至今还无手性固膜的商品出售,手性固膜的工业化生产也远还未实现.叙述了目前手性固膜研究的现状,从手性色谱分离科学的角度,对目前手性固膜研究的瓶颈进行了比较详细的分析,并探讨了开展手性固膜研究的一些途径.
