研究了二元Fe-2Ce和Fe-5Ce合金及纯Fe在600-800℃空气中的氧化行为.纯Fe在该温度范围的氧化均符合抛物线规律.Fe-5Ce合金在800℃氧化近似符合抛物线氧化规律,但在600和700℃则明显由两个抛物线阶段组成.Fe-2Ce合金在三个温度下近似抛循抛物线氧化规律.除Fe-5Ce合金在700℃氧化初期外,Fe-Ce合金在700和800℃的氧化速度比纯Fe低.但在600℃,Fe-Ce合金的氧化速度仍高于纯Fe.在700和800℃时,在Fe-Ce表面除形成三种Fe的氧化物外,还在氧化膜的内层形成双相氧化物CeFeO3.而在600℃时,仅形成Fe的氧化物和CeO2,并且FeO在Fe的氧化物中所占比例很小.此外,讨论了Ce在Fe-Ce合金氧化过程中的作用.
The okidation of pure Fe and Fe-Ce alloys containing 2 and 5 Ce (atomicfraction,%) has been studied at 600-800℃ in air. The okidstion curves of pure Fe at 600, 700and 800 ℃ follow the parabolic rate law. The oxidation curve of the Fe-5Ce at 800 ℃ followsthe approximately parabolic rate law, but includes two distinct parabolic stages at 600 and 700℃. The Fe-2Ce goes through an appropriately parabolic oxidstion at the three temperatures.The Fe-2Ce and Fe-5Ce alloys are oxidized slower than pure Fe at 700 and 800 ℃ except inthe initial oxidation stage of the Fe-5Ce at 700℃, while go through a faster oxidation thanpure Fe at 600 ℃. Besides three Fe chides, double chide CeFeO3 also forms in the inner part ofthe scale. Nevertheless, only Fe oxides and CeO2 form in the case of the oxidation at 600 ℃Moreover, FeO only accounts for a small part of the total Fe oxides. Additionally, the effect ofCe in the oxidation of the Fe-Ce alloys has been discussed.
