对CT80连续油管用钢分别进行950℃淬火和550℃或650℃回火的调质热处理;通过轴向低循环疲劳试验,对比了不同调质工艺处理后试验钢的疲劳性能,并对断口形貌进行分析.结果表明:淬火温度950℃、回火温度650℃的调质处理工艺能够有效地提高CT80连续油管用钢疲劳性能;其疲劳裂纹起源于试样表面,且呈多源性特征.
