以简单的无机锌盐、H2O2、氨水和去离子水作为反应前驱物,采用水热法在200℃合成了ZnO空心纳米球.利用XRD、TEM考察了反应时间和反应温度对产物组成及形貌的影响,并探讨了产物的形成机理.光催化性能研究表明,合成的ZnO空心纳米球具有优异的光催化性能,紫外光照射50 min后对罗丹明B的降解率达到90%.
