采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇为原料,以三羟甲基丙烷为扩链剂、正十六醇为封端剂合成了3种不同结构的聚氨酯缔合增稠剂(HEUR) IP-C、IP-C-T和IP-T-C.通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)证明了反应的发生.采用应力控制型流变仪对HEUR在水相与乳液体系中的流变行为进行了研究.结果表明:3种HEUR都具有明显的增稠和触变性能,高剪切时出现明显的剪切变稀现象.相比与线性结构的IP-C,含星型和支化结构的IP-C-T与IP-T-C由于能在水相和乳液中形成更为完善和稳定的疏水缔合网络,增稠效果更佳,而IP-T-C由于其结构中含有更多的支化结构因此增稠效果最佳.将增稠剂应用于乳液时,IP-C-T和IP-T-C的贮能模量(G ′)均大于损耗模量(G″),表现出了明显的粘性行为,这表明星型和支化结构的HEUR在疏水缔合增稠剂领域应用前景较佳.
