采用传统固相反应法制备了K0.49NaxNbO2(x=0.51~0.54)系无铅压电陶瓷,系统研究了Na过量对K0.49NaxNbO3陶瓷结构与压电、铁电性能的影响.研究结果表明:在研究的Na过量范围内,陶瓷样品具有单一的正交钙钛矿型晶体结构,但在x=0.52~0.53处晶格常数出现不连续的变化过程,表明该体系存在由两个不同正交晶相构成的准同型相界(MPB),在MPB区域边界x=0.52处陶瓷具有优异的性能:西d33=142 Pc/N,Qm=146,εr=462,tanδ=0.026,kp=0.39.
