本文采用严格耦合波法(RCWA)分析了光栅/薄膜结构磁极化激发特性,研究了二维光栅结构与三维光栅结构对TPV辐射器光谱选择特性的影响,考察了金属材料、入射角、偏振特性、光栅尺寸等参数对光谱发射率的影响,获得了几何参数和物性参数对磁极化激元的激发规律.这种纳米结构对太阳能电池、热光伏设备和辐射发射器具有重要的应用价值.
