以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)溶胀包裹纳米炭黑制备的复合粒子作为吸光性散射微粒,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂为UV固化主体树脂,光学级聚酯(PET)薄膜为基材,采用湿法涂布方式制备了UV固化吸光防眩涂层.研究了纳米炭黑溶胀包裹比例、吸光性散射微粒含量以及涂层厚度对UV固化涂层光学性能的影响,分析了纳米炭黑溶胀包裹比例与涂层吸光度之间的关系.研究结果表明:制备的UV固化吸光防眩涂层兼具优异的防眩光和一定的吸光性能,能有效缓解液晶显示屏幕发白和晃眼等问题;随着纳米炭黑溶胀包裹比例的增大以及吸光性散射微粒含量的增加,涂层的光线透过率降低,雾度值升高,镜面光泽下降.此外,涂层吸光度与纳米炭黑溶胀包裹比例之间呈现出良好的线性关系,符合Lambert-Beer定律.
