为研究环氧树脂粘接固体润滑涂层的摩擦磨损性能及机理,采用端面摩擦磨损试验机在干摩擦变载荷条件下进行了该涂层的摩擦磨损性能试验与分析,结果表明,试验初期涂层表面的环氧树脂与钢对偶件直接接触,减摩润滑效果不佳;随着载荷的增加与时间的延长,涂层表面逐渐形成固体润滑保护薄膜以及在对偶件表面形成转移润滑层,涂层进入稳定摩擦磨损阶段并显示出优异的减摩润滑性能;当载荷超过涂层承载能力时,涂层表面磨损加剧,直至涂层剥落、失效。
In order to investigate the tribological properties and wear mechanisms of the epoxy adhesive solid lubricating composite coating,a tribometer with face-to-face contact friction couples was employed to measure the tribological properties under variable loads and dry friction conditions.The results show that at the initial friction stage the epoxy on the coating surface contacts the steel counterface and exhibits poor antifriction performance.And with the increase of load and friction time,a protection thin film on the coating surface and a transfer layer on the counterface are gradually formed and the friction comes to a stable stage,and the coating shows an excellent antifriction.When the load exceeds the load capacity of the coating,the wear of the coating becomes serious,the coating comes to peel off and fail.
