将分形几何与电化学原理相结合,编程模拟了点阴极和点阳极电沉积中枝晶的分形生长.采用圆形电解池点阴极电沉积和点阳极射流电沉积的方法分别制备了不同浓度下的金属镍枝晶,并与模拟结果进行比较,结果表明,点阴极电沉积和点阳极射流电沉积中的枝晶均是分形生长的;电解质浓度的变化对枝晶生长形态的影响与模拟的结果具有极好的相似性,模拟结果是可以对点阴极和点阳极电沉积中枝晶的生长机理进行正确表述的.同时发现,气泡对枝晶的生长形貌影响显著.

By the combination of fractal and electrodeposition,fractal growth processes of dendrites with a point cathode or a point anode were successfully simulated.Two-dimensional dendrites of Ni were manufactured by electrodeposition with point cathode and jet-electrodeposition with a point anode under different concentrations of electrolyte in ring-shaped electrolysis tanks,and all results of experiments were compared with the simulations.The results show that all the dendritic Ni obtained by electrodeposition with a point cathode or jet-electrodeposition with a point anode have the characters of fractal.Dendrites obtained under different concentrations of electrolyte are similar to the results of simulation.The simulated results can make a correct description of dendritic fractal growth.The research also shows the bubbles have a great influence on the dendritic growth.
