对某热轧厂使用的板式换热器板片腐蚀穿孔损坏，进行了宏观形貌、化学成分、金相组织和扫描电镜微观分析．结果表明，板片腐蚀穿孔原因属于缝隙腐蚀．
The leakage of plates for a plate heat exchanger in a hot rolled factory was analyzed by using visual examination, chemical analysis, metallographic examination and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the leakage of plates was mainly caused by crevice corrosion.
