利用热电材料TeM(Thermoelectric Material)的Peltier效应对SMA(Shpe Memory Alloy)实行快速冷却,可以大大提高形状记忆合金SMA的响应频率.分析比较了当前几种TeM-SMA的理论模型和实验结果,讨论了提高响应频率的方法,指出了有价值的研究内容.
