用透射电镜,X射线衍射分析,量热分析等技术研究了电镀纳米镍的微观结构及晶粒的热稳定性.结果表明:实验获得的纳米镍镀层中存在[200]织构;镀层中的自由体积约为0.8%.随镀层厚度的增加,(200)面的尺寸变化很大;晶粒开始长大的温度为345℃,晶界放热焓为3.2J·g-1.
