针对电缆附件在使用过程中的扩张状态可能对附件绝缘性能及运行可靠性的影响,采用电声脉冲法(PEA)测试并研究不同拉伸率下(0%~50%)硅橡胶(SR)单层介质以及与交联聚乙烯(XLPE)组成双层介质的空间电荷特性。结果表明:拉伸对单层SR体内空间电荷的分布影响不大,但在XLPE/SR双层介质中,拉伸会改变电荷越过界面的势垒,界面电荷量随拉伸率的提高呈先降低后增加的趋势。合理选择拉伸率可以对电缆附件空间电荷的影响达到最小。
In view of the expansive state of cable accessories in service may influence their insulating property and reliability, we test and study the space charge characteristics of silicone rubber (SR) and the interface between cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) and SR under different tensile rate(0%~50%) by pulsed electro-acoustic (PEA) method. The results show that the tension has small effect on the space charge distribution of single-layered SR, for the two-layered XLPE/SR, the tension would affect the interface potential barrier, and the space charge at XLPE/SR interface decrease firstly and then increase with the increase of tensile rate. The rational selection of tensile rate can make the influence on the space charge in cable accessories attain the minimum.
