采用胶体模板聚合法合成以二氧化硅为核,以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAM)为单体,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂合成交联PolyNIPAM为壳的具有核/壳结构的粒子.再用氢氟酸除去二氧化硅模板核,即形成具有空心结构的温敏PolyNIPAM纳米微球.在28~36℃范围内空心温敏纳米粒子具有最低临界溶解温度特性(LCST).通过SEM、TEM XRD、FT-IR等手段对聚合物的组成和结构进行了表征.
