从结晶动力学和结晶热力学角度出发,对塑料材料在注塑充填过程中的非等温结晶进行分析,把半结晶性材料在型腔内流动时剪切诱导的结晶对温度场的影响归结到平衡熔融温度的升高上,从而建立从微观到宏观的分析过程.将微观结晶动力学方程与宏观能量方程进行联立,对半结晶性塑料流动过程进行模拟,得到充填结束时的相对结晶度分布,分析其结果表明,把结晶效应考虑到整个充填过程能够得到更准确的温度场计算结果.
