在氮气氛围中,采用低能电子束预辐射接枝法,在低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜上接枝对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS),研究了SSS浓度、辐射剂量和接枝时间与接枝率的关系,并得到最佳接枝条件:SSS浓度为0.8mol/L、辐射剂量为60kGy、接枝时间为18h.IR结果表明,LDPE膜表面已接上SSS.拉伸测试及TGA、DSC分析结果表明,相比于空白LDPE膜,接枝膜可保持较好的力学性能和热性能.
