系统地研究了YAG:Tb荧光粉的合成和发光特性.结果表明:采用高温固相反应法在1400℃可以合成不含杂相的YAG:Tb荧光粉;铽含量的变化对YAG:Tb荧光粉激发光谱没有影响,而对发射光谱和亮度有明显的影响:随着铽含量的增加,荧光粉的亮度逐渐升高,没有出现明显的浓度猝灭现象:随着镓含量的增加,荧光粉的亮度先增加后减小,激发光谱主峰向短波方向移动,发射光谱也发生明显变化.
