MXene是一种新型过渡金属碳化物二维晶体,具有和石墨烯类似的结构.化学式为Mn+1Xn,其中n=1、2、3,M为早期过渡金属元素,X为碳或氮元素.这一类材料可以通过氢氟酸解离层状陶瓷材料MAX相获得,具有优异的力学、电子、磁学等性能.MXene是一种很有前途的新型锂离子电池负极材料,可以用在新型复合材料增强体,可以作为高温润滑材料.这种材料在储能、电子、润滑等领域具有重要的应用价值.本文介绍了该类材料的制备方法、性能、潜在应用及其研究现状.
