合成了三种含有不同离子的液晶离聚物:含磺酸离子的液晶离聚物(LCI-S),含铵离子的液晶离聚物(LCI-N)和含有羧酸离子的液晶离聚物(LCI-C),将三种液晶离聚物分别与聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)和聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混.将合成的共混物通过三维红外图象系统和拉伸试验方法进行了微观形态和力学性能的分析.比较不同离子对共混物相容性的影响.结果表明,由于磺酸离子的极性>铵离子>羧酸离子,因此LCI-S对共混物的增容作用>LCI-N>LCI-C.
Three side-chain liquid crystalline ionomers (LCIs) with sulfonat group (LCI-S), quaternary ammonium salt group (LCI-N), and carboxyl group (LCI-C) was synthesized by graft copolymerization upon polymethylhydrosiloxane, respectively. The LCIs were used to compatibilize poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT) and polypropylene (PP) blend. The morphological structure and mechanical properties of the blends were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic (FT-IR) imaging analysis and tensile measurement respectively. The results indicate that the compatibilization of LCIs in the blends is the increasing order of LCI-S> LCI-N> LCI-C, which is due to the specify interaction between LCIs and PBT increases with the increasing order of LCI-S>LCI-N> LCI-C.
