探讨了碳含量对固溶处理后的Fe-13.5Mn-C合金的组织、力学性能、平均线膨胀系数的影响.采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪观察和分析了固溶处理后Fe-13.5Mn-C合金显微组织和相的差异,利用Formastor-Ⅱ型热膨胀相变仪测定了固溶处理后Fe-13.5Mn-C合金的平均线膨胀系数.结果表明:随着碳含量的增加,固溶处理后γ、e-M含量升高,α'-M含量降低.碳含量的增加导致冲击韧性下降,含碳量0.24%合金的硬度最高.含碳量为0.1%、0.24%、0.38%的Fe-13.5Mn-C合金,随着碳含量的增加,平均线膨胀系数升高,分别为21.3×10-6℃-1、24.9×10-6℃-1、26.1×10-6℃-1,含碳量0.38%的合金与6063铝合金的平均线膨胀系数更为相近.
