采用氢化双酚A环氧树脂和含有活性基团的聚硅氧烷制备聚硅氧烷-氢化双酚A环氧树脂(PSEHBA),通过差示扫描量热(DSC)分析、监测树脂黏度的变化和环氧值的变化等方法研究了适宜的反应温度、时间及催化剂用量。结果表明,制备PSEHBA适宜的反应温度为140℃,反应时间为3.5h,催化剂用量为m(催化剂)∶m(聚硅氧烷)=2∶100。红外光谱分析表明,所制备的PSEHBA是聚硅氧烷和氢化双酚A环氧树脂由化学键结合而成的产物,DSC分析显示PSEH-BA只有一个玻璃化转变区且其玻璃化温度比纯聚硅氧烷升高了32.1℃,贮存稳定性试验显示其具有良好的贮存稳定性。
Polysiloxane-epoxy of hydrogenated bisphenol A (PSEHBA) was synthesized through chemical reaction between epoxy of hydrogenated bisphenol A and polysiloxane with active groups. The reaction temperature, time and the content of catalyst were determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis, monitoring changes in resin viscosity and the epoxy value. The results indicates that the optimum reaction temperature is 140 ℃, reaction time is 3.5 h and the content of catalyst is m (DBTDL) : m (DC-3074) = 2:100. Infrared spectroscopy (IR) shows that PSEHBA is obtained by the reaction of chemical bonds between polysiloxane and epoxy of hydrogenated bisphenol A. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis displays that there is only one glass transition point in PSEHBA and the glass transition temperature of PSEt-IBA increases by 32.1 ℃ in comparimn with pure polysiloxane. The storage stability test indicates that the prepared PSEHBA obtains good storage stability.
