采用单向拉伸测试方法,研究了应变速率(0.0017,0.01,0.1 S-1)对室温下经90°等通道转角挤压变形1道次工业纯钛室温拉伸性能的影响,并分析了其断口形貌.结果表明:当应变速率由0.0017S-1升至0.1S-1时,挤压后工业纯钛的断裂伸长率由17.9%减至14.9%,抗拉强度由780 MPa增至926 MPa,应变硬化指数由0.07降低到0.04;拉伸断口均为韧窝型韧性断口,且随应变速率的增加韧窝深度变浅.
