以纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)和不同有机硅含量改性的聚氨酯(PU)为原料,以乙酸乙酯为分散剂,采用简单的喷涂工艺,通过仿生的方法制备出与荷叶表面结构相似的SiO2/PU微-纳米复合涂层.用扫描电镜(SEM)对涂层表面进行了表征,研究了SiO2与PU的质量比以及有机硅含量对涂层表面结构及接触角的影响,并考察了涂层结构的稳定性,分析了涂层的形成机理和结构特点.结果表明,涂层表面具有与荷叶表面相似的微-纳米结构,SiO2与PU的质量比在4∶5至3∶5之间,有机硅质量分数大于15%时,涂层的水接触角为158°,滚动角为3°,具有超疏水特性,并且结构稳定,测试胶带剥离6次后,涂层仍具有超疏水特性.
